Gran Mimosa: a classic aperitif

Gran Mimosa alcoholic cocktail. The aperitif with the orange bouquet

Ingredients

4 parts of Sicilian orangeade

6 parts of ice-cold Champagne or good Italian Prosecco

a squeeze of grenadine

2 parts of Grand Marnier

Directions

Pour orangeade into a glass with Champagne or Prosecco, stir for a few seconds, add the grenadine and the Grand Marnier. Serve in a chilled flute.
