40 cl of Chinotto

30 cl of white rum

30 cl of sugar syrup

juice of fragrant lemons (preferably Sicilian)

half a slice of lemon


Take a highball glass, put in some ice cubes and pour in the amount of lemon juice indicated above; then add the rum and finish off with sugar syrup and Chinotto. To garnish, pop half a slice of lemon into the cocktail glass
